What happened to Pan View in MicroStation CONNECT Edition?

Solution

The Pan View tool can be located with multiple methods.

The first would just be holding down the Middle Mouse Button.
The second would be from the Tools group in the Ribbon at the top of the application window.
Thirdly, it can also be accessed by using Shift and Right Mouse Button.
Lastly, you can use the search in the top right corner to locate it by typing Pan View.
