Problem

How to edit properties on enter data field? For example how to add or reduce the field length of an existing enter data field.

Solution

1. From the Text task, select the Edit Text tool.
2. Click on the enter data field in the design file. The Word Processor opens.
3. Double-click the enter data field in the word processor. The Edit Enter Data Field dialog box opens.
4. Make the desired changes to the enter data field character, restrict the length and/or justification and click OK.

The new changes will be applied to enter data field.
