Problem
MicroStation crashes on start up
Solution
Ideally collect the following, log a Service Request and work with the Support team in troubleshooting the issue.
• Crash logs - check video
• Event logs - check video
From the crash logs it was noted an old License client was being used. Upgrading to the latest version of Connection Client fixed this issue.
