Problem

Construct tangent and other commands. Where to find the tools to create arcs, circles tangent to elements and where to find the tool to create elements perpendicular to other elements.

Solution

Key ins are available.

construct tangent circle 3 etc.

The commands are not in the default interface because by using the various Snap
tools the same results can be obtained. Often with more flexibility.
The older commands are still available as key ins.

They start with the word: Construct
