Problem

How can I read text styles included in another DGN?

Solution

Set MS_DGNLIBLIST to the full path, including file, of the DGN that contains the text styles. A file used for this purpose is often called a Library File, and many times has DGNLIB as it's extension. This is not a requirement, but often useful in order to delineate between library and production files.
