Support of Digitizer Tablets and Tables with Bentley
PowerDraft:

 

We do support the use of Digitizer Tablets and Tables in
the following specified versions PowerDraft XM (Build:08.09.04.88) , 2004
(Build: 08.05.02.74) and V8i (Build: 08.11.05.17).

 

In those specified versions of PowerDraft we supply Win
Tab.exe, Key-Ins and instructions in the Help menu for setup of the
digitizers.  You can partition your tablet and setup custom menus with
everything we supply.  They support Digitizer via only Key In: DIGITIZER
PARTITION. 

 

Starting with PowerDraft SS1 (Build 08.11.07.172) and
newer releases we no longer support the use of Digitizers.  In PowerDraft V8i
there are no more menu-entry nor key-ins like Dialog Digitizing/setup/partition
in PowerDraft.   WinTab.exe is there, but several child feature aspects
have been disabled.

 

We are moving away from the use and support of Digitizers
in upcoming versions whatever references to Digitizing left in the Help Menu,
Key-In's and Win Tab.exe is going to be removed from PowerDraft completely.
