Having previously edited an Image (Raster) in a Reference file attached to a Master file, how can I merge the Image from the Reference into the Master so its directly attached.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Open the Master file 
2. Using the Element Selection tool, select the edge of the Image in the View to be merged.
3. Using the Copy Element tool, snap to a point to copy from, followed by a point to copy to (Choose same location for both if not wishing to change the copied Image location)
4. Optional - Open the Raster Manager and select the original Image and turn off its View display, or perhaps detach the Reference containing the image if no longer required.
