This article describes how to start MicroStation with administrator privileges while logged-in as a "normal" user.

Problem

Pressing the ESC key on the keyboard should be simulated on a mouse button. This can be desired to cancel a command, not to select anything in the editor and also to get to position "Start" ("Home").

Solution

This can be achieved by placing the key-in command CHOOSE NONE on the desired mouse button.
