Microsoft Access database tables utilizing Datatype: Number, Field Size: Integer may experience row specific errors.
When encountered by MicroStation, a row defined as such and containing values greater than 9999 will cease to process and will return a 'Numeric value out of range...' message to the user via the message center.
In these cases, expand the message center to view the full message for indication of the offending column:
e.g. Numeric value out of range on column number 2 (IFS)
Rows without such combination may process normally.
To workaround the issue, consider modifying the offending column to be Field Size: Long Integer
As always, we suggest to preserve a backup of your data before modifying any table structure.
Users wishing to track progress on this issue should file a service request and refer to Bug # 660365.
