When attempting to print a design file that contains Reality Mesh Attachments to JPEG file format, the print job fails.
Also, an error message appears in the Message Center that states "The document was not printed due to an error".
This error is most likely caused by a graphics card limitation or not enough memory on the machine.
Since Reality Mesh Attachments are data intensive, having insufficient hardware/software may cause issues during the printing phase of a project.
Here are some good troubleshooting steps to take:
- Decrease the size of the print area
- Increase the value of the Export Resolution of the Reality Mesh Attachments and then try to print again. Larger values of the Export Resolution setting export less data with less accuracy (less memory). Smaller values of the Export Resolution setting will export more data with a higher accuracy (more memory).
- Apply outstanding Windows updates and update graphics card and their related drivers
- Decrease .pltcfg Driver Resolution
