Problem

In general, how can you modify existing solids in MicroStation?

Solution

Navigate to Modeling Workflow > Solids Tab > Modify Features Ribbon Group

Many of the tools associated with modifying existing solids can be found in this location.
Some of the 2D tools such as Move, Rotate, Copy, etc. can be used to modify/manipulate 3D elements as well.
Additional solids tools can be found in the Tool Boxes (CTRL+t).
