How to reset temp folder versions
Some Users in our organization have multiple temp folders e.g., 10.0.0_1, 10.0.0_2, 10.0.0_3
%temp%\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0_1\
How can we reset the folder to 10.0.0
Un-install the product and remove all the following folders. None of them should have any number folders.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Bentley\MicroStation
%APPDATA%\Bentley
%PROGRAMDATA%\Bentley\MicroStation
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Bentley
Reboot the machine and install the product again.
