Problem
I am using a customized function key menu ‘xxkey.mnu’ It works fine once I have attached the file however each time I re-start Microstation it does not load the function key menu.
Solution
Add the file "xxkey.mnu" to the prefs folder and point to it to Configuration Variable (MS_FKEYMNU) to : C:\Users\your.name\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\prefs
