Problem Description

When I place a Cell into a file that has Annotation turned on in the cell library MicroStation places it into the file with the "Is Annotation" flag set to FALSE. I need to change this status to TRUE but it is greyed out.

Steps to Resolve

1. Open the cell library and right click on the cell you need to be set "true" and choose "Open for editing"
2. In the *.cel file, open the model in which there is your cell, right click and choose properties
3. In Cell Properties, tick the box: "Can be placed as an annotation cell"
4. Click ok and save the file
5. Re-open the dgn in which you were working and try again to attach the cell
6. Opening the cell library, see that the annotation cell symbol is available: attach the cell and remember to check the box: Scale Annotation and Annotation (if applicable)
