Subscription Entitlement Service (SES) is Bentley's new process for product activation, replacing CONNECT Licensing and SoilVision Systems Ltd.'s previous USB key activation licensing. SES will enable users to manage their digital workflows with improved licensing capabilities and features. For more details on Subscription Entitlement Service, see here.
This form of licensing is used for the SOILVISION CONNECT Edition v10 and later. You will need to ensure the following:
- CONNECTION Client installed and running
- This will be displayed in your status bar
- You are signed in to the CONNECTION Client (link) with your CONNECT credentials
- Note that when you are not successfully signed in the icon is displayed thus:

- A SOILVISION version built for Subscription Entitlement Service must be installed or a suitable version has been updated with the CONNECTION Client. This includes:
