Problem

User is printing multiple files as a Single print job PDF output and get the following error.
Error writing print file 'C:\Users\LEONAR~1.JON\AppData\Local\Temp\plt212B.tmp|D:\data\LJUserPref\;C:\Users\Leonard.Jones\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\23ac3387-be7b-4ddc-b389-ff463ada1251\File1.pdf'

Solution

We collected an MSDEBUG log of User's custom configuration and found the following.

MS_TMP configuration variable was changed, redirected to a different folder and locked.

Note

• Make sure there are no special characters in the folder paths.
• Check how the variables are set. Refer Configuration Variable Operators
