How can I enable text or dimension text to be displayed as "Fill" when the reference is attached as Model sheet.

Solution

Open up the References Manager dialog box and change "Visible Edges" options from Cached to "Dynamic".

Note : Always followed by a "Save Setting" (Ctrl F) to retain changes made.
