Problem

Can not import step file
Independent from import settings it is not possible to import.
Error message (attached), stop, crash.
System error 5 MDL loader: Application
e:\builds\pp081107446\Source\msj\mstn\mdlapps\step\ap203\ap203in.mc
This path doesn't exist on users machine

Solution

step file suffix lacks.
Rename file to xxxxx.stp and import will be successful.
This error message seems to be bogus and should be "unknown file format"
