Problem
Error exporting to STEP.
When export any file structural file to STEP
you receive the following error message "Can't find parser database file. Please check the log file"

Solution
This is due to missing certain files from the data\rose\database\ folder.
Option #1. Re-run installation to repair the installation to attempt to
restore the missing files.
Option #2 Copy files from another known good installation from the
folder defined by $(MS_ROSEDB).
