Problem

In the CONNECT Edition, which variables point to the user preferences files *.UPF and *.XML or to the files and folders located in the "Prefs" folder?

MS_BUTTONMENU
Button menu file.

MS_DGNTEXTEDITORFAVORITESYMBOLS
Defines the file path where the settings for the favorite icons are saved.

MS_DGNTEXTEDITORPREF
Defines the file path where the settings of the text editor are saved.

MS_DOCKINGPREF
Defines the location of the file in which docking preferences are stored, e.g. which dialogues are docked, where they are docked and the size of the docking areas.

MS_DWGDATA
Local directory to store DWG settings files.

MS_EXPLORER_SETTINGS
Explorer user settings file.

MS_FKEYMNU
Function key menu file.

MS_GROUPPANELPREF
Defines the location of the file containing the saved status of the group areas in various dialogues. These include dialogues such as "View Attributes". Both the open state of the groups and all user-defined settings that the dialogue can link to the groups are saved.

MS_INPUT_CONFIGXML
Overrides the default touch gesture configuration.  

MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTS
File containing user keyboard shortcuts. 

MS_KEYPAIRLIST
List of files containing the key pairs for digital signatures.

MS_PERSONALDGNLIB
Personal DGNLIB files used to store user customizations.  

MS_PLTDLG_DISABLE_PREFERENCES_DIALOG
If set to '1', the print dialog preferences item is not displayed in the Settings menu.

MS_RIBBONPREFS
File name of file containing the current state of the Ribbon, like the active Workflow, active Tab, and setting for Ribbon Search.

MS_SAVEMENU
File where MicroStation stores information about attached menus. In previous versions this file name was hard-coded to "mgds.men". 

MS_SELECTBY
Defines the directory for the "selectby.rsc" file to be written to and read from. The file "selectby.rsc" is used by the function "Select via Attributes" to store and retrieve selection criteria. The default setting is MS_SELECTBY=$(_USTN_HOMEROOT).

MS_USERPREF
Name of user preference resource file.

MS_USERPREF_APPS
Set by application configuration files to add user preferences to standard dialogs.

MS_WEBLIB_HISTORY
Specifies the history file for the Weblib shared library.
