Report on Items in Reference File

Background

Request from User:
I want to produce a Report of Items contained in a Reference File

Steps to Accomplish

This can be achieved through Reports feature in MicroStation Connect.

• Select Report Definition and under Properties, Set Include Reference Attachment to Yes

• Select the required Objects to report on

• On the Right select Item resides in Reference

• In the drop-down list select, Reference contains Element

• Further selecting Elements

• Preview report results
