Problem

Additional elements are visible in the print preview which are not part of a reference clip area. The elements are not visible in the hardcopy or pdf file, as it should be. 

Solution

MicroStation -> File -> Print-> the Print Dialog box opens -> File -> Select Bentley Driver -> select the Bentley driver printer.pltcfg -> open -> the print dialog box is open Go to -> File -> Edit Printer Driver Configuration -> Base Properties TAB -> Advanced -> set Enable Driver Clipping = False
After the configuration is done go to File -> save; File -> exit.
The Print Dialog box is now open go to File -> Reload printer Driver Configuration.

If you are using *.plt file the set in this file -> ENABLE_DRIVER_CLIPPING = false
