Problem

Getting the following error when attempting to add design file print definitions to Print Organizer:
Exception encountered inside [WorkerMicroStationProxy.LoadDesignFile]

Message Details:
"There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/6f5fc636-d3ea-45e8-9abd-149f40fa787a that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details."

Solution

Known Solution #1 - Reinstall .NET Framework

Known Solution #2 - Run MicroStation as administrator

Some other troubleshooting steps to try:
- Uninstall MicroStation and then reinstall as administrator (right-click .exe install file and run as administrator)
- Repair existing .NET framework on machine
- Log onto machine with another user profile and check if the issue persists
