Problem

How to transfer the print styles from a design file to a DGN Library file.
 

Solution

Open the DGN Library design file, do a File>Save As and give it a name with a .dgnlib extension. Place file in DGNLIB directory as defined in MS_DGNLIBLIST configuration variable.
