Problem

Reference files at the top of the Update Sequence are plotting in front of files at the bottom of the sequence. How can I fix this?
 

Solution

Verify that your workspace configuration has the following variable:
MS_LEGACYDRAWORDER
if it does, set it to 1. Save the setting and restart MicroStation.
