Problem

When we try to open the print dialog box from the pulldown menu or from key-in we get the following error:
MDLSYSTEM_LOADMDLPROGRAM FAILED 

Solution

In this instance the problem appeared to be caused by an update to Axiom software. In that If the Axiom.cfg is removed from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation\config\appl directory it worked.

Should this be applicable in your instance, please check with Axiom support for a fix to this issue.
