What does ByLevel Attributes mean?

Solution

ByLevel Attributes are element properties (Color, Line Style, Line Weight) which are controlled from a level's properties.

ByLevel attributes can be modified or changed for the entire level using the Level Manager. They are very useful as they can allow property changes to many elements at once.
