Problem

The TIFF image format option is missing from the Create HTML File dialog. It was there before, but now only JPEG and PNG are available.

Solution

Most modern web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) do not support TIFF file format.
Because of this, the TIFF Image Format was removed as an option from the Create HTML File dialog beginning with MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 17.1 (10.17.01.xx).
CONNECT versions prior to this update contain the TIFF Image Format option.
