X2 Thread LED Status Indication


The X2 Series Threads have a multicolor LED inside or next to the power button that provides a diagnostic indication of the Thread's current state. The reference guide below will assist the user in determining the current state of the Thread.

 

Color Spectrum LED: Boot up

Indicates boot process from cold start or sleep mode. This process lasts approximately 60 seconds.

CROSS-COLOR SPECTRUM MODULATION

 

Green LED: Connected

THREAD is active and operating in high-power mode and IS connected to the cloud.

GREEN FLASH, 3 SECOND FREQUENCY

 

Blue LED: Low power mode

THREAD is in low-power mode to conserve battery and will wake at the next scheduled time.

BLUE FLASH, 10 SECOND FREQUENCY

 

Pink LED: Reading/Observation being recorded

THREAD is on and is taking a reading. 

PINK FLASH, SINGLE FLASH AT TIME OF SENSOR READING.

 

Note: Any other LED colors being observed from the THREAD should be noted and contact support at https://support.infrastructureiot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, as this is unusual and unwanted behavior. If an X2 Series THREAD exhibits the "color spectrum" boot-up cycle LED indicator for more than several minutes, please contact support at the email above.
