Problem
When attaching reference files with live nesting enabled, nested references are not showing
Solution
The Reference attachment setting "Ignore Attachment when live nesting" is probably enabled.
How to disable "Ignore Attachment when live nesting".
1. Open file that has the missing reference(s) attached.
2. Open Reference dialog.
3. Double-click on reference attachment.
4. Disable "Ignore Attachment when live nesting".
5. Click OK.
6. Save changes to file.
7. Close and return to previous file.
Reference should appear as expected.
