This section contains an overview of the PLAXIS User Defined Soil Models (UDSM).
The Barcelona Basic model (BBM) is now available in PLAXIS! It can be used for unsaturated soil, suction, and collapse behaviour.
PLAXIS comes now with a constitutive model specifically created to simulate the effects of free water on water-retaining structures and quay walls.
PLAXIS User-defined soil model to simulate rock material following Hoek-Brown including post-peak softening behaviour
PLAXIS Masonry model: a linear elastic perfectly plastic model aimed to simulate macroscopic, anisotropic response of unreinforced masonry structures
NorSand: An elasto-plastic model for soil behaviour with static liquefaction Now available in PLAXIS 2D and PLAXIS 3D (CE Version 21)
PLAXIS OC-Clay: A Constitutive Model for Overconsolidated Clay based on the Hardening State Parameter
A model for material behavior of sands in dynamic loading, including the pore pressure generation, liquefaction and post-liquefaction phenomena
The PM4Silt model is now available for PLAXIS 2D CONNECT Edition V21.It will be installed with the latest version of PLAXIS 2D!
The SANISAND-MS is now available in PLAXIS! It can be used to simulate the cyclic ratcheting of sands.
