Troubleshoot New Installations (Multiple Users)
The following document describes trouble shooting tips and resources relating to carrying out multiple installations of MicroStation CONNECT Edition across your Organization.
It is advisable to speak with your IT or CAD/SITE Administrator if you have one prior to installing MicroStation Edition, as they may have a Preconfigured install.
For those Organization that have multiple users who require MicroStation CONNECT Edition the creation of a ‘Deployment Image’ may be helpful, although there are benefits to be had for small Organizations as it can be preconfigured giving all users the same starting point.
