Updating MicroStation CONNECT Edition Installations
The following document describes trouble shooting tips and resources relating to carrying out MicroStation CONNECT Edition Updates.
It is advisable to speak with your IT or CAD/SITE Administrator if you have one prior to installing an Update of MicroStation Edition.
There are a few ways in which MicroStation CONNECT Edition can be updated to a newer version, from uninstalling the previous version, followed by installing the new version, to updating via the CONNECTION CLIENT.
The first thing you should check is that the System Requirements have not changed and that the Update is compatible with other applications such as ProjectWise.
