File Import Main Page Functions

The Import Main Page provides an overview of existing import profiles, allows you to access, edit, and control existing import profiles, and a button to create new Import profiles.

1. New Import Profile- An Import Profile is a means to configure settings to import data and generate FTP directories to automate an import. Clicking the blue "+Import" icon opens the File Import configuration page, allowing the user to configure a new import profile (seen below). The automation section will populate FTP information and the directory, even if the import will be manual. For more information about setting up an Import profile, please visit the relevant support article for Manual or Automated profiles shared above.

2. Navigate to Import Profile- Clicking on a profile name will take you to the profile edit page where you can make changes to an import profile configuration or import additional files.

3. Delete Import Profile- If a profile is selected via the checkbox, as illustrated below, the "Delete" button becomes enabled. This will allow you to delete an import profile.

4. Copy Import Profile- If a profile is selected via the checkbox, as illustrated above, the "Copy" button becomes enabled. This will allow you to create a copy of the Import profile you'd like to use the same or similar configurations as, but you can make changes to the copy and it will create a new FTP directory for upload.

5. Search- The Search function allows the user to search File Import profiles by their names.
