Problem

How to set the Keypoint Snap Divisor. This is equivalent to the AutoCAD O snap Quadrant feature.

Solution

Use the Keypoint Snap Mode and set the Keypoint Snap Divisor value.

There are multiple ways to set the Keypoint Snap Divisor:

1. Via the Locks dialog

          1. Go to Drawing > Drawing Aids > Locks
          2. See "Divisor" setting in the second group of settings (Snap Section).

2. Using Key-ins to open the Keypoint Snap divisor dialog and set the value

     Key-ins:

          accudraw dialog snapdivisor         (current key-in)
 
          accudraw keypoint snapdivisor     (older key-in that may not work with current MicroStation versions)

     

3. Use Accudraw Shortcut and set the value

          1. Focus on Accudraw (click on the Accudraw dialog or you can press F11)
          2. Press "K"
