In this chapter, the flow through an embankment will be considered in the Flow mode. The crest of the embankment has a width of 2.0 m. Initially, the water in the river is 1.5 m deep. The difference in water level between the river and the polder is 3.5 m.
This exercise requires a PLAXIS 2D Ultimate license.
The attached *.log file contains all the commands to generate the model. With a Bentley Geotechnical SELECT Entitlement [GSE] licence, you can use the commands runner to open the *.log file and to execute all commands in one go, see also this instruction.
