In this tutorial, the construction of an embankment on clay is calculated. The clay will first be considered a drained material and then an undrained material. For both cases the factor of safety will be determined. This would for instance give an indication of both the long term and short term stability of the embankment.

With a Bentley Geotechnical SELECT Entitlement [GSE] license, you can use the link to save as the file (remove the extension .txt) and with the Commands runner open to execute all commands in one go, see also this instruction.
