Once you enter the Inspection View, you can create new issues. 

Using the right panel, turn on the digital twin you wish to display in the view. It can be a BIM model or a Reality Data model. The BIM model allows you to place the inspection issue at a specific 3D location but does not give visual information about the defect like the Reality Data.

In the left panel, you will have access to the Issue panel.

 To create an issue, select the  icon in the view navigation menu on the left-hand side. When hovering over the Reality Data, your mouse will change to a cross (+) shape.

Navigate in the view to locate a defect and place a data point at the defect's location. An issue form appears. This issue form can also be customizable via the Forms settings.

Enter the required information and hit Save.

This will create the issue, and the assigned person will receive a notification email. The issue is added in the view, and the issue's details are displayed in the left panel.  

If you don't see the Issue panel on the left, it's probably because it is not expanded. You can expand the it manually by using the resize panel slider. 

By clicking on the back arrow next to the Issue ID in the left-hand issue panel, you will go back to the list of all created issues.

   

You can search and filter your issues using the tools at the top of the Issue panel.
