If you get an error similar to the following creating a repository from any ISM enabled software: (ISM Structure Property Catalog Initialization Failed.)
Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and uninstall any Bentley Structural Property Catalogs listed.
Also, uninstall Structural Synchronizer.
Reinstall Structural Synchronizer and reboot your machine.
That should fix the catalog error.
