Problem Description

ProStructures objects not showing in Bentley View it is working on other machines but not on this machine. They all have the same installation.

1. Bentley View V8i (English) x86    version 08.11.09.459

2. Bentley V8i (SELECTseries 3) - Autodesk® RealDWG(TM) 2014 (English) x86 

3. ProStructures Plug-in for Bentley Products (English) x86   Version 08.11.11.616

 

Steps to Resolve

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
2. Uninstall Bentley View
3. Uninstall ProStructures  plug-in
4. Unistall RealDWG
5. Go to C:\Program Files Files (x86)\Common Files\ Bentley Shared\ delete or rename the REAL DWG folder
6. Reinstall Bentley View
7. Open the file and see if the ProStructurs Objects are showing up
8. If needed reinstall ProStructures Plug-in for Bentley Products.
