Overview

In this wiki the use of the TITLEBLOCK will be explained.

 

Method

In General this part of the FRM file has available information on the left side and on the
right side following the "=" the tag from the target frame file can be used to fill out automatically
this information into this tag of the cell.

Frame files

Setting up Frame Files will be explained in another wiki.
Here only some basics. Frame files have a few requirements:
They consist only of a cell which contains the actual frame, text and the tags.
The name of the cell must be the same as the dgn file.
The name of the tag set must be the same as the dgn file.

The list of attached tags can be shown using the toolbox tags and selecting the cell.

If you are going to create your own frame files it is recommended to use the same field names as in the drawing information table.

So, all these tag names can be used to fill in data like:

ProjectName=NAME1

Source of information

Most of the information is comming from the drawing information table in the 3D model.
Others come from the second block in the FRM file.
And the last ones, the detail info, comes from the detailed object.
Lets define the sources one by one.
