After placing Plate, the thickens of Plate is coming wrong compare to actual thickness.

Original issue description:
Refer to the attached screen shot. The plate has a thickness (height) of 1/2" but in the Name attribute of PS Properties it shows as 1".
Can you please explain why is it so and how can we have the correct
thickness mentioned in the Name?

This sometimes happened due to change in Tolerance value of plate in ProSteel Options. Please follow the below steps to get the correct thickness.
1. Go To ProSteel Options.
2. Then Go To Straight Plates > Plate Description
3. Keep always Thickness rounding tolerance as 0" which will give the correct thickness.
4. Then you will get the result like below.
