Problem

How to have the header only on the first page.

Solution

Open the lst file in the edit mode.

On the tab project in the ribbon open the feature Includes.

Here we need to define a formula for the Appearance Condition.

The formula is: Page()=1

Now we need to stretch the report containter to the size supposed to be like on the second page.

Last step is to link the rectangle from the project info block to the report container.
This for we need the Object list.

Here we search for the correct Rectangle and start the Link with.

There should be only one Report Container in the object list...

Now option -Individual size and position adaption-
And then the vertiacal inter link...

Here the option -To end- is the right one to use.

All this done, the header should only appear on the first page and report container should properly fill all pages.
