Modifications at a single part are dimensioned. But the dimension lines don't run to the outer edge of the shape.

Additional dimensions for single part modifications

1. Here, the holes are only dimensioned to the last hole on the right hand side.
   
   
   
   
2. Detailstyle on page Dimensions/Single Part/Reference Points - Holes as Top View
