Problem

This has come up before at CDI and been addressed in a previous ticket with Jitender. (do not know which CDI designer called it in but the site is Baton Rouge) I was not employed at CDI at the time and the designers cannot explain how this was done. I'd like to speak with Jitender and go over the ability to have label callouts for shapes in a top view detail but at different elevations. I assume it's done with Positioning flags in which case we may need to do this with additional overrides. But I'd like to make sure I know what was recommended.
