With this dialog it is possible to reset, export and import class name lists for Display Classes, Area Classes and
Part Families.
The tool is part of the flyout toolbox Export.
On top of the dialog the class is to be set for all functions below.
For file types only .csv is implemented for a start.
Other file formats like Excel will be implemented on a later stage.
Reset allows to clear all names of classes. For Part Families it is the description.
This is recommended as first step in case you are going to load an Import File that does not include all class names.
For the export, file path and file name need to be set.
The option Automatic File Name creates a file name which consists of the model name and the choosen class for
export. It is recommended to use this setting for templates.
Another option explained with follwoing screenshots.
Here all classes are exported, also number 04 and 08 which are without a name assigned.
Activating the ignore option only classes with a name assigned will be exported.
After all settings are done the Export is executed via the button on the bottom of the export frame.
When the export is done, a message states the number of classes exported and gives the option
to directly open the export file with the associated program.
For the import choose a file to be imported and use the button below to import the class names.
All three, display classes, area classes and part families have the same file format.
So, it is possible to export display classes and to import this file to area classes or part families.
