Problem

The ProStructures CONNECT for AutoCAD is not getting installed and throws up an error message that AutoCAD platform is not supported. 

Solution

1) Go to the desktop and right click on the AutoCAD 2019 desktop icon and click on Properties. 

2) Now, select the Compatibility tab, and check on the ‘Run this program as an administrator’. Click on Apply & OK. 

3)  Then you can restart AutoCAD, open a drawing and close. After this, again start the installation for ProStructures CONNECT for AutoCAD (10.00.00.08) and the ProStructures application will get successfully installed on the machine.
