The ProSteel Dialogues only appear in the AutoCAD command line instead of Dialogue Boxes.
In this case make sure to enable these two AutoCAD settings (with explanations from AutoCAD Helpfile):
FILEDIA: "Suppresses display of file navigation dialog boxes."
CMDDIA: "Controls the display of the In-Place Text Editor for the LEADER and QLEADER commands."
Both values are initialy set to 1 (ON).
