Problem

In rare cases, when modelling, the shape members even after getting placed do not appear in the model.
The shapes can be copied but not able to created new shapes.

Solution

1) In the ProSteel for AutoCAD application, use the AUDIT command in the command line and press enter.

2) Then click on Yes.

3) This will then restore all the previously lost shapes. You can check the status of the AUDIT command by extending the Commands.
