While labeling dimension of a circle through Dimension Radius / Diameter Note, the dimension is suppressing 'Zeroes'.

Original issue description:
Please advise how to stop 'Dimension/Radius Note' function from suppressing zeros
(refer to drawing attached). The problem is with the 'Dimension Radius Note' function (refer to screen-shots attached).
If the radius is 10, 100, 1000, etc., the 'Dimension Radius Note' function will give me a radius of 1 for all of them.
If the radius is 11, 101, 1001, etc, the 'Dimension Radius Note' function will give me the correct radius of 11, 101, 1001, etc.
The function is suppressing the zeros if the radial dimension ends in zeros.

Go to Element > Dimension Styles and select the Style which you want to use for labeling.
In Units Tab, the 'Trailing Zeros' should be switch on to reflect the Zero after the numbers between 1 to 9
